Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using WexBingo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use WexBingo.

Account Registration
To use WexBingo you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time using the in-game account panel.

Prohibited Activities
You are not allowed to:

• cheat or exploit bugs
• use unauthorized third-party tools
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the server
• disrupt gameplay
• create multiple accounts for unfair advantage

Breaking these rules may result in suspension or permanent ban.

Advertisements
WexBingo may display ads. These ads may come from third-party advertising providers. We do not control which ads you see.

Availability
The game may experience downtime, updates, or interruptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Intellectual Property
All game assets, code, and content belong to WexBingo. You may not copy or redistribute the game.

Termination
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or harm the service.

Limitation of Liability
WexBingo is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for data loss, downtime, ads, account issues, or damages resulting from the use of the game.

PRIVACY POLICY

The controller of your data is the WexBingo Administrator. We are committed to protecting your privacy while you play.

• Account Data: Username, Email address, and encrypted (hashed) password.
• Game Progress: Your Level, XP, and match history.
• Technical Data: IP Address (for security, anti-cheat, and rate-limiting).
• Local Settings: Volume preferences and interface settings stored on your device.

3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data strictly to:

• Allow you to log in and maintain your progress.
• Verify your account ownership via email codes.
• Prevent cheating, multi-accounting, and abuse (IP Bans).
• Display relevant advertisements.

4. Third-Party Services
We share limited data with trusted partners to operate the game:

• Ad Networks (Adsterra): To display advertisements. They may collect anonymized data (cookies, device info) to show relevant ads.

5. Cookies & Local Storage
We use "Local Storage" and Cookies to improve your experience:

• wex_user / wex_pass: To keep you logged in (if you check "Remember me").
• wex_vol_*: To save your sound settings.
• Advertising Cookies: Used by ad providers to manage ad frequency.

6. Data Security
Passwords are never stored in plain text; they are hashed using bcrypt. We implement rate-limiting and verification steps to protect accounts from unauthorized access.

7. Your Rights (Deletion)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time by going to Menu > Account > Danger Zone inside the game.
